We are seeking a detail-oriented part-time person to join our team. Responsibilities include managing the club website, communications, scheduling events, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Our club is a virtual online club without any physical plant. We organize all of our events (6 annual) and member activities using our website and various online tools. Here are the tools we use

• WordPress with the Divi template
• EventPrime, ProfileGrid, and Registration Magic plugins from Metagauss are our club management software.
• Mailchimp as our method of communicating with our members
• Quickbooks Online to do event billing and club reporting
• Google GDrive, Sheets and Pages are used to hold our various files
• Google Voice Mail for voice and text
• Google EMail account for member communications
• Facebook for event pictures and discussions

We also have a small ships store for members to order merchandise. Assisting members with registration, their online member profile, and placing online orders will be required from time to time.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor and be willing to learn the software and other tools that we use to run the club. This is a remote only job position. Attendance at select events to assist with seating and member questions will be a plus for local applicants.

You will act as an Event Coordinator six times a year to plan and execute memorable events for our members. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and previous event planning experience.

You will act as our Membership Liaison will be the point of contact for members. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community engagement are essential.
