Tips on Registering

ONLY the username can be used to log in. Once you select a username it cannot be changed. The email can always be changed. Best practice is to use a non-email username for security.

Passwords should always be complex in order to safeguard your privacy and that of the other member's information. Consider using a password manager. There are applications that allow you to securely save your passwords in a vault and then access them safely using only one master password. Popular examples are LastPass, 1Password , and Bitwarden. 2FA (two-factor authentication) may be implemented in the future.

Your Club Listing: You will have full control over all of the information you enter through the website. This will mean that if you misspell your name that is on you so please be accurate. Here are some suggestions on the format you should use.
Some of the fields we use are described as follows.

• Username and Email can be the same but you might want them to be different in case you change your email. You cannot change your username once you have created it.
• Nickname is how you wished to be addressed informally, such as Dear Sam vs. Dear Samuel.
• Display Name is how you want your name formally listed in the annual yearbook. An example would be: Mr. & Mrs. Allan Kaulbach
• Birthdate is how we track who is exempt from dues as a senior member (90+)
• Spouse's name is the first name of your spouse, companion, or partner.
